raspharreh okay so take one glass of normal tap water and add a teaspoon of baking soda or bicarbonate soda to it, mix it and then put two cotton pads (the round ones u know) into it and let it soak for approx 30 seconds (or more), squeeze out the excess water then put the cotton rounds on your nose making sure to cover the whole surface and press it down so it stays on the nose, keep it on for 7-10 minutes then remove, then use the baking soda water to wet your nose and put the biore strip on making sure it’s pressed down properly (to ensure it attaches to the pores), leave it on for however long it takes to dry (I keep it on for 14 mins that way it’s for sure set) then remove it and voila, it honestly works so well for me
