I had some people ask how I made my Wheatley Mii (thank you for all the notes and compliments by the way, you're all very sweet :), so here's a tutorial. I can't record long segments of my game and I can only upload videos under 15 minutes long to YouTube, so hopefully the pictures and commentary will explain well enough for you to follow along :P

As promised, here are the images of the original Wheatley and his symbol so you can use them as references.

Daemon (date everything) Mii design!!

I kind of just turned all the features off and drew them on. Though, the first time I made him I kept their eyes as a guide to where to put features.

Here’s the face design on the grid. Make sure to do the red lines and the purple/blue lines first. In general, make it up as you go. I imagine Daemon as a constantly changing entity, so nothing you do is wrong.

Do whatever you want with her information, though I do have a fun suggestion for the birthday! I put 2/29 so he’s born on a leap day. (Edit: when I made them it said 2/29, but now it says 2/28??? I tried to change it back but it’s not an option anymore) (EDIT 2 ITS BECAUSE IT WASNT A LEAP YEAR it would have been so great to have his birthday be 2/29 on not a leap year (bc bug) but no 😞 interesting that they have that detail. I’m keeping it as 2/28 because I like the age I chose, but look up a leap year calendar if you want to do this!)

here’s the shirt! I used the premade coat-over-shirt as a reference and made the outlines in purple. I put in the basic colors and shapes, and whatever stood out in the original design. After that it was sort of just random bullshit scribbles 😭 I was worried it would look terrible, but it turned out great! (As you can see from the first picture)

I painstakingly drew each individual line, before realizing I could have just used a duplicator TT each line is one pixel. 4 rows are red. the only other clothing I have him was “red basic pumps” and “double-striped socks” to finish the red and white down the feet. If someone finds better shoes/socks lmk!

I have been going to town with greetings and quirks. There’s just so many things they say. Additionally, she calls my lookalike mii “bug” and calls me “bug in the beaker”. I gave him the creepy voice quirk.

Everybody congratulate me on getting with Dameon within 24 hours of his arrival. The sexy bug thing is MINE.

Edit: according to my friend, I got sex and gender confused. Please make Tyler's gender male, I made a huge mistake and I've accidentally come off as transphobic. I highly apologize to all my trans audience. trans men are men and trans women are women, I'm very sorry.

His hair is half up half down and pulled back, but since theirs no pulled back bangs I had to color in parts of his hair
