Back in 2020 I made this Illustration based on my Art History class. I wanted to represent how the imposition of The Virgin of Guadalupe happend. Leaving Tonatzin or Coatlicue in the ground, buried with bones and blood. There are more historical winks in it, but I think it’s better if I don’t expose them so easily ;)
