A slate slid across the table before Pelle, "you're hot when you're angry."
He was having a moment of stress, humans brought it out of him sometimes. There was a nasty frown on his face and his hands were so tightly grabbing at his hips that you would think they were stuck.
It wasn’t often that he got upset with any of the troops, but when he noticed any of them acting strange around another over something that hardly mattered it irked him. He was aware that there were people of all shapes and sizes working for the Inquisition and that disagreements were inevitable, but if they couldn’t even band together and set aside differences between comrades how did they expect to work together on the field.
It didn’t take much from Pelle to silence the soldier’s bickering. Once he’d wandered over with a stern look on his face and asked them if there was a problem everyone fell quiet within seconds.
A few awkward apologies from the men and in no time all of them had pretty much scattered leaving Pelle to stand there by himself.
Supposedly Nixx had seen the whole thing because when Pelle took a seat at a nearby table with an exhausted sigh the slate was slid over to him.
He looked over slate before the tiniest smirk attempted to peek at the corner of his lips.
“I was trying to sound stern…” He admitted. “It’s exhausting breaking up fights like that sometimes. Don’t know why everyone just can’t understand that we 3all have a common goal.”
