#too much mud

Heavy winter rains led to an insane amount of flooding this year, and my entire outdoor watercolor station was very much underwater for quite a while. So now that the rains have subsided a bit, this week’s job is to unearth everything from the thick mud and sludge (as seen on the right) and return it to its former beauty (as seen on the left). I want to put all my watercolor ideas into action this year! Let’s goooo!

Richmond park

Tbh I've never actually been in this park properly and this whole time I really thought I did lol. Really beautiful green space though, so open and peaceful. My poor shoes have gone through so much though.... I didn't realise it was gonna be full of muddy paths (it's a park, what the fuck did I think it was gonna be like)

I was also so close to slipping so many times, thank god a new friend I made helped me survive LMAO
