tooru slid a hand over the smooth tickets that you had just purchased, pulling your bags as you waited for your train. the sun had just began to set, and as the sky exploded into a medley of colors, tooru couldn’t help but look at you. you seemed contented with simply the breeze and the sky around you, and when you met his eyes, they were filled with the teasing fondness he had always known was his and his alone.
so while you boarded the train, with tooru right behind you, he couldn’t help but feel in the deepest parts of him that he’d follow you anywhere (because you were simply part of him, and he loved it more than he could ever comprehend).
