Blast from the past
Being in the possession of a minor motivational slump (fecking eejits with power drills have been setting off the fire alarm at work by drilling through cabling THREE TIMES yesterday and today) I spent some quality time reading at work. I mean, if I’m going to run outside into sub-zero weather several times per day I’m getting NO work done anyway and I might as well educate myself instead.
What I finally read was “Pillow talk” by @jobethdalloway. Is it good? YES! 10/10, will read again. Is it fluffy? VERY! Like a tumble-dried samoyed, except more romantic. Does it have any faults? A certain shortness. Three more chapters would not have hurt. Otherwise none. Do I recommend it? Do pay attention, please. Stop reading here and go there at once.
It cheered me up a lot.
