I assume it's tucked for anti theft purposes and artist recognition, but I can't help but wonder what the Amalas brand is like in-universe? They appear to sell everything from cloths, to umbrellas, to fruit. But also have an underground following that compels people to tag it in giant letters on the side of buildings. Are they a Maga-corporation? A break-out indie collective? I need to know...
Hahah yes good question. This ominous Amalas is def very present in the universe I draw :D From indie street art, to shop names, to a clothing brand.
Tbh I never really thought about it too deep :D It really is mostly for anti theft purpose and then I had a lot of fun with trying to find good ways to sneak in my name without destroying the illusion of the scene. It's a fun challenge.
Maybe they are all just very religious and Amalas is the good of their universe :D Who knows
