Voltaire is a Hydralus Bounty Hunter that's been stuck in Wonderland for more than a Century. He's made due with what he has & is extremely pro-Gaudium's rule. He's egotistical & arrogant & enjoys the thrill of the case. He is immune to the effects that live inside of Celestial Mist, but can still be effected by magics cast with them.
He is an electric based Hydralus that has several siblings hailing from the same world as he did. Their world was destroyed by Chaos a long time ago, and he's survived by whatever means were necessary to do so. He sees no need to listen to those he hunts, marks or otherwise because their opinion obviously doesn't matter.
His whole world changes when he meets two celestial little sky mice in town and he had no idea that Celestial Mist was even still around. It had always been a rumor to his people that there was such thing as Mist so pure it was differently colored and contained powers within it. It becomes his obsession to know it's taste.
