So where’s my LottieNat au fic where nat is the one to die instead of Javi and nat being like an actual (or not actual?👀) ghost. And Lottie slipping further and further into her own mind bc nats haunting (?) her like “it’s their fault I’m dead.” Slowly turning Lottie against the other yjs ultimately leading to Lottie setting the cabin on fire and it’s just the how from there expect Lottie is extremely more fucked up/angry that they killed her.
It really isn’t fair that after everything Lottie did to keep nat safe (yes I believe that making nat queen was Lottie’s way of protecting her amongst other things) she had to watch her die. Not only watch her die, but watch her die in a place that was Lottie’s safe haven.

There’s something poetic, Shakespearean even, about the way Natalie had to fight and claw for everything she’s ever had, and died, was killed, right when she was gaining some semblance of family in Lottie and her community. And Shauna, who has had everything Natalie never did, WILLINGLY pushed it away, took it for granted. Put them through shit and was surprised when they didn’t stay. Natalie Scatorccio you deserved the world, but were left behind by it.
