He finds it kind of funny, the way that his hearts beating just a little too fast or how he thinks that his hand might be about the have a small tremble to it. This is ridiculous, honestly it is. But he can’t stop the nerves that are running through him before he’s slipping his hand over the arm of the seat and easily finding her hand. Her palm fits easily in his, fingers lacing together almost seamlessly. 

It all feels so familiar. The movies and him and her hanging out, but it’s not the same. Things are different and that’s what has his heart racing as he can feel her hands warming his. Her touch is so much hotter to him now, ever since he’d gone through the mists and since he’d gotten these powers.

It’s.... actually quite nice, the difference. At least, the difference in their touch. The difference in the situation around them? Well that... he could do without. But he’s just glad to be here with her right now. It’s a sense of familiar that he really just needs.
