you are usually just a trio, but whenever other people join you for work related reasons, neo and roman's jealousy starts to show! roman hates it when his work partners get flirty with you and neo clings to you even more, just to show off that she's your girlfriend!
of course, the three of you are vulnerable, due to everyone knowing you are each other's weaknesses. but that just is one more reason to always be there for each other and protect one another!

The sequence in "Creation" When the gang at Schnee Mansion are discussing how to use the Staff to save the Penny and the kingdom's people is very good. It's not just one person telling the others what to do. The group is collaborating, comparing notes, making suggestions. We haven't seen anything like this since...Volume 2, when Team RWBY was going over their plans to investigate the White Fang/Torchwick. It really sells one of RWBY themes, that one person in charge cannot solve everything, which has been shown to be the source of many problems.
