the time has come the walrus said…

here we go deep breath oasis reunion starting out in north america. i’m a bit nervous seeing all the tickets still sitting for toronto between twickets and ticketmaster. also a bit jealous if i could do international travel i’d have driven yesterday in a heartbeat. you can get standing tickets for under $200! so if you don’t have tickets and can make it in the next two hours go check them out!

i’ve been doing the time difference math in my head every time i created one of these link posts for the onstage time. and i had a moment this morning where it dawned on me: oh! they’re not starting at 3:15 anymore! they’re in my timezone now! it’s really 8:45 pm! crazy what it takes for things to click i saw news they arrived in toronto and everything but still started deducting 5 hours from 8:45 like a dunce. so everything will be 5 hours later or more than it has been.

link posts will be getting easier from here on out. two shows in toronto. one in chicago. two at metlife. two at rose bowl. i don’t know how much video we will see. we definitely will be feeling the absence of @/fromthevenue who filmed so much of the uk leg. we may be hardup for livestreams. i’m actually assuming there won’t be any so i can be pleasantly surprised if one pops up. the youtube guy that normally does the tiktok mirror said he was on vacation this week. i think we should just be ready for everything to be a bit more chill. the high pitched fervor needs to break give a breather and all that.
