Quick and simple to make, these black bean breakfast tostadas are a delicious way to start the day for breakfast or brunch.
Shredded Tofu Tostadas with Cilantro Yogurt Sauce (Vegan)
These are amazing. ONLY 15 calories a piece! No fat and only 4 carbs...and they don't taste like cardboard:) I've only tried regular, but would love to hear if anyone has tried the other ones. I can only find regular and only at one store in a 20 mile radius. I've been putting peanut butter and agave nectar on for a sweet treat. But I imagine they'd make good tostada shells and would be good with hummus like crackers.
