I’ve uploaded the Lake Avenue Shops and Tower Park lots from Newlyn Hills to the Gallery, for those who wanted them. My origin ID is silrosse, and you can also find them under #jenba and #newlynhills. I’ve also uploaded the Tray files below. I’m skipping the usual long download post for now because I need to sleep, LOL. But if you have any questions about these lots, don’t hesitate to ask!

The Lake Avenue neighborhood is finally done! I’ve moved on to the final playtesting phase of Newlyn Hills.

Patriot's Day Reenactment @ Tower Park by Dan Gildor

The battle in Tower Park caps the end of the Patriot Day reenactments in Lexington and Concord. For 40 minutes, the mustered Minutemen harass and harangue the British as they try to make their way back to the safety of Boston.

Checking out the floor murals and some other stuff in my Tower Park. 

Question - How do you guys feel about my including City Living stuff in Newlyn Hills? Good/bad idea? I might keep it to just a couple of lots, like this park and maybe a karaoke/nightclub lot.

So, in the interest of speeding things up a bit with my Newlyn Hills project (so I can release it by October 31st), I’m revisiting some of my older Newcrest lots to see if they might work. This is my Tower Park lot that I built ages ago for my own save - it had a ton of CC so I edited a bit. It still needs some work! The little huts will be a magazine/book stand, some kind of food spot, and a little ice cream shop. After City Living comes out, this would be a good place to put some real food stands!
