GENERAL NOTES → They’re sincere for like twenty minutes and then probably make out.

Though the initial annoyance and anger had wafted away, Santana can’t help but scowl as she stared over at the television and flipped through channel after channel. It could have definitely been worse, Dani could have done something that would have affected both of them without telling her, but it’s the principle of the thing. Dani was the first person that she had told about her internship when she found out that she was even going to be eligible for it, she had thought that maybe, just maybe, that would mean that she’d confide in her. With a sigh, she tossed the remote beside her on the couch and picked up her phone to check the time. Her girlfriend would be coming home soon and she wasn’t at all excited for the confrontation, angry or not, that would surely ensue. 

She was tired, she’d been tired for awhile. Her head had been more of a mess than she had let on, and the last thing she wanted to do was say something and somehow dramatize what was going on between them even though it had been slight. It made her feel as though Dani hadn’t trusted her enough to know, which obviously wasn’t a feeling that she enjoyed. Sighing again, she let her eyes lull closed and situated herself so that she was more comfortable against the couch. Maybe she’d fall asleep and get out of having to say anything. Probably not, but she could hope, right?

I can’t believe it’s already been a year. But I’m happy for you, dude, even if it wasn’t exactly planned.

I know, right? I kinda forgot but it was when we were all in Vegas, bro. Not sure if I class it as a real anniversary and stuff since, like you said, it wasn’t planned but I’m kinda stoked I made it a year.

Thanks, bro. We kinda just stuck at home and stuff. We gotta save money for a holiday, but we definitely made the most of it.
