TrackADay for the 23rd was from Peter Gabriel & Deep Forest from the soundtrack to the underrated 1995 Sci-Fi turn of the millennium film Strange Days. Peter Gabriel paired up with a more techno sounding side of the new age group Deep Forest made for a good pairing. The track is "While the Earth Sleeps". (023 of 365)
The second day of TrackADay brings a bit of a surprise for those who know me. Camila Cabello. I'm not one much for pop music, usually for the main reason of over saturation, but I really enjoy the sound of this song. Especially catching me off guard as her Havana song really ended up bugging me.
I would really love to hear her sing in this style over lo-fi garage pop styled beats.

For today's TrackADay we have the Eels with "Last Stop: This Town". Off of 1998's Electro-Shock Blues, this song is at once poppy but yet sad. It was written after Mark Everett's sister had committed suicide and he needed an outlet. It's a beautiful song and is testament to E's song crafting abilities. (024 of 365)

Today's TrackADay is from the indie pop collective Superorganism. There isn't really a bad track on their self titled debut album and it has been in rotation since its release.
