Do you guys like fairy tales?✨My favorite part of Studio Ghibli’s WHISPER OF THE HEART was when the antique shop owner, Nishi, told Shizuku (the film’s main character) about the tragic story of the Fairy Princess in the grandfather clock. The princess was cursed to become a sheep, and she was never to be with her love, the King of the Dwarves. But every night he would rise up to gaze longingly upon her, when she briefly transformed back into her true form. 🕰🐑🧚🏻♀️⠀ ⠀ Even though it was such a short part of the film, it resonated with me. I was so inspired to pay tribute to #WhisperOfTheHeart with a cosplay of the cursed fairy. (Swipe for full image + inspo!)
