#traindirtyfitness boot camp is by far nothing like traditional boot camp. I started teaching this format years ago when I didn't like traditional weight training group fitness classes nor did I want all cardio. TDF Boot Camp is broken up into 2 sections: the challenge block and weight training. This is a clip from the challenge block. Notice I alternate between a high and low impact squat. I do this often so that my students feel successful no matter if they choose level Hard (low impact) or level Harder (high impact).
