Help with computer problem?

I have already posted this on the Traktor forums looking for help, but just in case someone here can help out, or knows another forum I should go to: 

This problem has happened four times now, and so far I've narrowed it down to Traktor being a key instigator. Here's what happens: I will take one of my own song files (one that I made, not just any old song from my library), always .wav 16 bit, into Traktor and play with it in a mix session. After I'm done using Traktor, when I go back to check in the folder in Windows Explorer where the file is kept, the folder will not load properly. Only about half the files that are in the folder are actually visible, and the other half never load. The green load bar at the top will get somewhere between 90 and 100%, and never finish, but it never pops up a message with something like "failed to load folder". It just continues trying to load forever. When I bring them into traktor, then close traktor and check their file locations, they are fine. They play fine in my standard media player too. What I have done: Yes, I have restarted my computer. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have restarted my computer. I have tried refreshing the folder, it does not work. I can get to my files through a roundabout method by using something like filezilla, but that's only a temporary solution. I shouldn't have to use filezilla simply to access my files. One of my friends said it might be an indexing error. I called for technical support from a local computer company. They were completely baffled, and told me that more than likely, the only cause is something weird with the program that created the file. Thus I have three possible culprits: Fruity Loops 10 where the song is produced, Adobe Audition where the song is finalized, and Traktor Scratch Pro 2 where the song is performed with. I'm betting on Traktor because the files have no play problems in WMP, and because this all seems to have started to happen since the big universal upgrade to Traktor Scratch Pro 2. Also, in case you need to know, I use an external mixing setup with Traktor Audio 6. I have been dealing with this problem by simply deleting the folder and re-exporting all of my tracks. But that's not really optimal. I don't want to have to continually delete and re-export my files or get them off a back up hard drive every time I try to use them in Traktor. At first I thought the recording function was causing the problem, but on this fourth time, the problem happened without any recording done. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Is it possible I could have done something weird to my music files when creating them that is causing this problem whenever Traktor touches them? I can't think of anything weird I'm doing with them, unless exporting them at 32 bit into adobe audition for further edits before exporting at 16 bit is considered weird. If no one here has an answer, what is my next move? Thank you in advance. I really need the help, because I can't just keep deleting my problem away. Try before a definite opinion but at now seems an excellent innovation. The product design as simple and small as possible. Concept is: everything is on PC or audio interface isn't on PICratchBOX! Then you must using headphone inputs on the audio Interface.

Traktor Scratch Pro 2 + Sugarbytes Turnado = WINNING!

FUNK JONES PRESENTS: TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO 2 + SUGARBYTES TURNADO OUT OF THIS WORLD EFFECTS FROM THE LAND OF AWESOME!

Okay... So Sugarbytes Turnado is an awesome effects rack to use for extra effects not to be missed for DJing, it has 8 different effects for use either solo or together, and includes "Dictator" which allows you to create a sequence of effects to trigger with the sweeping of just one knob. All effect are controllable with only 1 knob per effect, making the use of effects less complicated. Thats the passenger riding shotgun, and the real driver here is going to be Traktor Scratch Pro 2, there are no traditional DJ solutions which allow VST's to be loaded into their program except for Torq and Ableton which is definately not traditional. Fuck that. I use Traktor. You will need these things to make this work:

Traktor Sugarbytes Turnado ASIO4ALL (To be used to wrap together your virtual audio cables and whatever Audio configuration you are using) Virtual Audio Cable (create 1 virtual audio cable with default settings)

google to get them all. Install asio4all, virtual audio cable, and turnado and traktor if you already haven't.

run virtual audio cable control panel and set 1 virtual cable with default settings. asio4all only needs an install and a computer restart, you will not need to change any settings until you reach traktor in a moment.

You are going to want to make sure you start Turnado first. Now... Change the Audio Input to Line 1 (Virtual Audio Cable) Change the Audio Output to whatever sound card you are using. Now open Traktor Change Audio Device to ASIO4ALL Click Settings, ASIO4ALL Panel will open up... Now we're going to enable the audio devices you want ASIO4ALL to put into use, only use the ones you need to save on processing power. Everyone turn on the Virtual Audio Cable, this is so the Audio from Traktor routes into Turnado effect rack, we already configured Turnado to output to your desired sound card (if using a multi channel out you needed to set it to your main) Now I turn on my Audio 2 DJ (Ch B, Out 3|4) so that Traktor can cue my tracks into my headphones. Your also probally going to want to change Buffer Size for both the Virtual Audio Cable and the Device your cue is sent to, to 1024 samples, and possibly checking the Hardware Buffer box, whatever works best for you, the reason to increase the buffer is to prevent audio defects, the lower you can keep the buffer while maintaining audio fidelity the better, my response time is down to 20ms with both set to 1024 samples and the audio 2 dj is on hardware buffer, the virtual cable does not. Now go to the Output Routing Panel in Traktor, Set the Output Master to Virtual Audio Cable 1, use 1 + 2 for L + R. Set the Output Monitor to your what your using to cue your tracks. Close the settings and play a track, if you followed my directions properly you will have sound output, if you do not have any sound output, start over and double check that you did everything, make sure Turnado is always started before Traktor, once you have it set up you will not have to do this every time but Turnado always has to open before Traktor. Now that you have sound, go ahead and experiment with Turnado, have fun with the effects, not too much fun tho haha. This is good to have that little extra something.

On the decks at UltimateDance at Ikon in Bolton.  Using my Traktor Scratch Pro 2 setup... which I am debating doing away with for Serato Scratch Live.  Still undecided.. Traktor is great, but it can be a bit stressful to set up in a club.  Any DJs who read this, let me know what your preference is
