Transformative Success

Discoveries
One of the major bonuses of my contemp dance class is the incredible music we get to move to. It ignites the soul and next thing you realise you're not just rehearsing choreographed moves, but your gliding and souring with the undulations of the enchanting music surrounding you, lifting you, challenging you to rise and meet it. And it's not so often that you can look it in the eye without hesitation. these are the moments you dance for, all the hard work and aching muscles come together for one blissful moment. Tonight was to Ólafur Arnalds and it was totally enchanting. Feel like a soft pink marshmallow now ! Bliss!
