Connecting To A Higher Vibration By Painting

Art is a channel for all possible feelings. Art transforms. You have the possibilities to express and transform everything you feel or want to feel just by painting a picture...or building a sand castle...whatever you like to do!  If you want to feel better, e.g. when you feel worried or sad, your Goodcats give you this unique advice.:

Take your pencil, paint ... whatever utilities you feel good with and connect to a feeling of LOVE. Remember for a moment, before you start- how to love someome (coud also be a pet ^^) feels like, or how it feels to be loved. Or just think about a person or animal or place you love. Feeling grateful also works. Whatever connects you to this special feeling is good. Then start painting with the intention to express this feeling of love or gratitude. Just surprise yourself with what comes out ;)

You will notice that your feelings start to transform and you immediately will feel better. You also probably start to smile during the creative process! This is the new vibration you connect to! :)

So honestly i know none of you know what i have been doing this weekend but it doesn't matter. I wanted to truly and completely honor all of you. I mean it with so much depth that you all do have an impact seen or unseen. I realized that the life that i want to have is a life that is so full and vibrating with love that every single living thing feels that energy. That everything and everyone can join in the love. We are all just living on this ball of dirt in forever. We are meaningless. In a thousand years nobody will remember you. But on the other hand you are truly a miracle. We are all just here. But we can choose to be here be here. That is the difference. Transforming and creating the life of meaninglessness into something that coincides with the miracle. They have to coexist.
