Is there a brush, or maybe a brush setting in FireAlpaca that is similar to Sumi 2 and Fluffy Watercolor 3 brush in Medibang?

You can transfer brushes between the two programs, but it is a little tedious. 

In MediBang Paint, go to the Help menu, Open Config Folder. 

Open up Brush2.ini in a text editor (or, if that was me fiddling too much, Brush.ini)

Find the brush you want to transfer, and make a note of which image it uses (.png or .mdp file)

Find that image in the brush_bitmap folder, and copy it somewhere easy to find.

Back in MediBang Paint, in the brush list, double-click the brush and make a note of all the brush settings.

In FireAlpaca, click the Add Brush (Bitmap) button at the bottom of the brush list, browse for and select that copy of the brush image you made, then set all the brush settings to match.

Heya! I'm Going to change from firealpaca to Medibang Paint, is there a way to pass the brushes and pallets to Medibang?

The safe way would be adding each brush to MediBang Paint the same way you did to FireAlpaca - for example, Add Brush (Bitmap), browse to the brush image, change the settings to suit the brush.

If you first back up the contents of your MediBang Paint configuration folder (Help menu, Open Config Folder) you can try copying the files from the FireAlpaca folder into the MediBang folder (not guaranteed, there might be slight differences between the file formats): 

Open both programs, 

use Help menu, Open Config Folder in both programs

Close the programs (but leave the folders open)

copy the FireAlpaca Palette.ini, Brush.ini, brush_bitmap and brush_script files and folders from the FireAlpaca folder into the MediBang Paint folder, overwriting any existing files (again, not guaranteed, there might be slight differences between the file formats - you did back up the folder contents, right?)

Try MediBang Paint and see if it shows any errors.

Alternatively, you could copy to an online service e.g. OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, and access that service using an app on your phone. 

You could connect your phone to your computer using USB cable and simply copy the image across (if supported by your phone).

You could email the image as an attachment, open the email on your phone and save the attachment on your phone.

You could install MediBang Paint (reads most FireAlpaca files) on both your phone and computer, save to cloud from your computer and open from cloud on your phone then saving as an image.

Other solutions exist, but as some get increasingly complex I am going to stop here.

How can I transfer mediband files (got cloud) into windows 7 fire alpaca?

Save as local mdp files (open in MediBang Paint, save as local files, transfer to the Windows 7 computer if necessary).

Of course, you can also run MediBang Paint Pro on Windows 7, most of the features are the same as FireAlpaca, except FireAlpaca has 3D perspective layers, mesh warp, onion skin mode, but no tone (half-tone) textures.
