I haven't posted in a while... I've been feeling pretty down with no real progress on my weight loss and I had to take a break from running because of my knee. So, I haven't posted in a while. I've actually felt pretty depressed lately. I was worried abot doing well with my diet, I've been pretty hormonal, and I had hurt my knee. I was pretty worried that my knee would be a bad injury, but I read up on the symptoms and decided that leg lifts and knee strengthening with rest should help. This week it was feeling better and today I went for a run for the first time in ever and I beat my best time!! 13:41 minute mile 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️😊 Just need to keep at it... I'll get to my goal weight eventually... And surgery right behind that. Didn't get any pics of myself last night but this is what I ended up wearing. I really like knee high socks 😂 I need to get some boots someday. I had to sew the back tighter because this was so loose on me. Got myself up for another jog this morning! Made 1 mile in 16 minutes 😂😂 which is an improvement!
