“okay I need two cups of apples....” you began reading off the recipe for the apple pie.
“we don’t ... have that anymore.” you look over and michael is stuffing his face with caramelized apples smiling as cinnamon oozed from this teeth. “Whoops.”
“michael we’ve been trying to make this for an hour you can’t keep eating everything.” you jokingly punch him in the stomach.
“hey, don’t do that! you’re too strong y/n and you know that.”
you groan and go back to stirring up the sugary paste you were supposed to pour over the apples.
“hey let me help! i wanna do something.” michael came up behind you wrapping his arms around you waist and leaning his head on your shoulder. “why do pies take so long?”
“because you are eating everything.” you were dodging the kisses he was pressing to your neck.
“i wouldn’t eat everything if pies didn’t take so damn long.” he kept planting kisses all over you and you finally caved and turned around, motioning for him to bend down so you could kiss him on the cheek.
“have some self control babe. i promise it tastes better when its all mixed together.”
“well you’re right about everything else in life so i believe you.” he turned and pointed to something in living room. “whoa hey look over there?” you looked over and when you turned back he took a hand full of flour to your face. he was laughing so hard at his own joke, barley able to stand up any longer. “babe, is there something on your face?”
“you’re so annoying!” you both were laughing and chasing each other around the kitchen in what became a food fight. michael picked you up so you couldn’t retaliate anymore and began chanting “i win i win i win!!” placing soft kisses all over your face and taking the flour away.
