Rabastan was starting to feel a bit more at ease with Emma around and Alecto. He was keeping the odd bond with Remus incredibly quiet. That was just between him and Remus. No one else knew. Thank goodness. He was at a table by the bar before everything opened, writing checks and writing inventory into the book, cigarette in hand when he heard the door. His wand by the book. “We’re not open yet.” Rab said simply, turning to look at who it was. When he recognized the other man he just sighed. “Well well well look at what the cat dragged in.” A slight chuckle escaped him.

Rabastan hadn’t expected the other to ‘fix’ his shirt collar. “Oh thank you Travers.” He hadn’t realized that it had been folded up at the back. He had been so focused on the work in front of him that his appearance took a backseat. And Rabastan was always very well put together. Usually in some sort of suit or at least a nice shirt and blazer. “Didn’t even notice it.”
