I would like to talk about me and Travis’s romantic TL!
Me and Travis never got along throughout highschool. Ever since the note incident (Sal informed me about it) I always thought he had liked Sal, and with the way he treated him I didn't approve of this at all.
Travis then started hanging around our friendgroup more often.
After a few days of eyeing him down furiously as he sits next to Sal and across from me, I pull him to the side and threaten him. I tell him not to hang around sal anymore because “I knew he had feelings for him.”
He starts acting all flustered, worried and slightly confused because at first he thought I knew about the note and that it was actually for me.
As soon as I mention Sal, though, he blurts out “That note was for you, you idiot--” (or something like that??)
As soon as we both realize what he just said, I let go of him and take a step back, feeling my face heat up a shit ton.
I then notice Travis getting flustered and actually looking like he’s about to cry, but I just walked away...
I had to process this.
I ended up avoiding Travis like the plague the next few days after that, with that came avoiding my friendgroup as well. Sal, Ash and Todd all started getting pretty worried, but every time they tried to check in and see what's wrong I got a little aggravated and shut them out, not telling them anything.
eventually Travis shows up at my goddamn apartment.
he showed up rather early as well, before I woke up in fact (then again I slept in till about 12:30 pm on Saturdays) and my mom sat him down at the table in the kitchen to wait for me to wake up. he was there for about 2 hours. waiting. When I woke up, I walked out into the living room and to my surprise Travis was in my fucking kitchen. Looking at me with wide ass eyes, face red as a tomato cuz I slept in ONLY MY BOXERS AND SOCKS THAT NIGHT.
I literally stared at him for what felt like 5 seconds before I screamed “ WHAT THE FUCK”
HES ALL LIKE “JESUS FUCK IM SO SORRY AAAAAAH” AND COVERS HIS FACE WITH HIS HANDS..
I end up running back into my room and quickly throw on some pajama pants and my signature t-shirt.
