Might have found a new therapist for OP and possibly a dietician??
🤞🏻
“I don’t know how to help you”
Okay so don’t. Send me home. Let me rot. Stop trying to help if I’m unhelpable.
I made a slideshow for IOP and tbh it’s hilarious so I have to stay alive until Monday, at least 🙄
Y’all I tried to see if a treatment center was covered by my insurance, and they called me and sneakily got me to do an entire fucking biopsychosocial and STILL didn’t have an answer for me
The guy was like “we can admit you as early as today” and I was like ahahahaha no
But it’s 5 hours later idk if my insurance will work with them even so 🙃🙃
I always saw NYC as some sort of magical place that I'd only ever get to dream about but I'll be there for real on Tuesday. A year ago, I was in the ICU of a hospital after overdosing and I was away from the real world for almost three weeks and now I'm going to breathe New York City air and I honestly never thought I'd be here last year. This trip means so much to me in terms of recovery and I hope to never look back.
