TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!!!
Oliver Tree Nickell a.k.a Tree was born and raised in Santa Cruz, where he has been playing music all 19 years of his life. At the age of 17, tree had already played shows alongside artists such as: Skrillex, Nero, Datsik, Zeds dead and many more in the dubstep scene. By 18, tree spent the year redefining his sound as well as joining forces with European label Apollo Records; a sub category of R&S Records. Tree is a self described writer, singer, rapper, producer, and composer. Rather than focus on just one of these facets of himself Tree has decided to take his shot and merging the gap in the world of music with a little help from his friends, who join him on stage, but remember “This is Not a Band or DJ act Bro!” Tree is the music behind a brand new project coming out of San Francisco california known as Tree Collaborations: a rotating collective of multimedia artists from animators to painters and directors.
