her name is tremayne dempsey and she’s a mutinied pirate captain, she’s originally from kul’tiras and took to sailing really young! after a time she became a pirate and after a long run at that her crew betrayed her and left her to drown :^) 

now she’s a spirit hell bent on revenge against the people who killed her and she travels oceans and sea side towns in search of them- she’ll also settle for next of kin if they’re not around

she doesnt have a ship of her own that isnt rotted out so she tends to hitch hike! if she finds her way on your ship she’s cheery and chatty but will try to take the ship over after a short time- however! you can easily distract her with card games and songs, or stories about the world as its changed since she died and she’ll leave you on your way to port!
