The description of the "Result" menu option was updated in ver. 0.06 of Perfect Cherry Blossom.
The enemy patterns at the beginning of stage 1 from Perfect Cherry Blossom have been changed in ver. 0.10.
In prior versions, the first enemies would spawn from the left side of the screen. They were a group of 6 fairies (with hats) coming in pairs, followed by an identical group spawning from the right side of the screen. The second formation were 6 fairies (with hats) on each side, aligned diagonally, in a shape resembling a ^. Two waves of such fairies would spawn, the second also containing 3 hatless fairies.
From ver. 0.10 onwards, the first enemies spawn from the right side of the screen. Two groups of 6 fairies with hats coming in pairs are followed by two identical groups spawning from the left side of the screen. There is no ^ shaped formation, instead another 2 groups of 6 fairies in pairs come from each side before the hatless fairies start spawning.
Please note that there are a lot more changes between versions. You can find them at the #trial7 tag, which is still in progress as of writing this post.
The fullstop at the end of the second row from Letty's theme description was removed in ver. 0.10 of Perfect Cherry Blossom.
Different song titles of full version themes from Perfect Cherry Blossom ver. 0.10 musiccmt.txt
If you extract the game files you can find the title and description of the songs from the Music Room in a file called musiccmt.txt. This particular file contains in ver. 0.10 songs that belong to the full version. The additional songs were removed in musiccmt.txt. of ver. 0.11, but they were added back in ver. 1.00. However some titles have been changed.
The Prismriver Sisters' theme was previously called simply 幽霊楽団 ~ Ensemble. This was updated in the actual full version release to 幽霊楽団 ~ Phantom Ensemble.
Yuyuko Saigyouji’s final spellcard theme had the title in english as Border of Life instead of ボーダーオブライフ. The extra stage and phantasm stage themes, were both called 妖々跋扈 ~. While the extra stage theme had the ~ removed in the actual full version release, the phantasm stage song got Who done it! after the ~.
Additionally, the phantasm stage theme description ended with a comma, but it was changed to an ellipsis in the actual full version release.

Alice Margatroid's second nonspell - Perfect Cherry Blossom version comparison
Alice Margatroid's second nonspell was actually a regular nonspell between ver. 0.01 and ver. 0.08e of Perfect Cherry Blossom. The starting timer was at 44 seconds and the attack consisted of two patterns.
The first pattern was formed of waves of round bullets being fired from two opposite directions. The waves of blue bullets were spinning clockwise and the waves of red bullets were spinning counterclockwise. In ver. 0.01-0.04b, Alice was firing a total of 16 bullets per wave in Normal mode (this includes both directions, or 8 bullets per direction). From ver. 0.05, the number was reduced to 12 bullets per wave in Normal mode and it remained the same even in ver. 0.08e. In ver. 0.06a, the colour shade of the round bullets was slightly changed.
Gifs are as follows:
ver. 0.01, ver. 0.04b ver. 0.05, ver. 0.06a, ver. 0.08e
The second pattern consisted of two "circles" each made of 5 rows of round red bullets. One circle was simply expanding, while the other circle was concentrating into the center point before expanding. In ver. 0.01-0.07, you could count 32 bullets in one row in Normal mode. In ver. 0.06a, the shade of red was slightly changed. In ver. 0.08-0.08e, the bullets of the "concentrating" circle were changed to red arrowheads, but you could still count 32 bullets in one row in Normal mode. However, the direction of the arrowheads does not match the one of the round bullets they've replaced. For example, if we look at the bottom half of the screen, the first 5 rows of round bullets are tilted to the right, but the second 5 rows are tilted to the left. In ver. 0.08-0.08e the arrowheads are tilted to the right, so it was not just a simple bullet replacement.
Gifs are as follows:
ver. 0.01, ver. 0.05, ver. 0.06a ver. 0.07, ver. 0.08, ver. 0.08e
Since ver. 0.09, the starting timer was changed to 98 seconds and the white part of the healthbar was removed. The timer will now count down until 92, after which Alice's second boss spell is triggered. The first pattern of the nonspell does not exist anymore. In ver. 0.09 and ver. 0.09a you could still count 32 bullets in one row in Normal mode, but in ver. 0.10, the number was reduced to 28 bullets and the speed was increased. In ver. 0.11 the speed was brought back to how it was in ver. 0.09a, but the number remained at 28. The position of the red bullets and arrowheads has been mirrored compared to ver. 0.08-0.08e. If we look at the bottom half of the screen now both rows are tilted to the left as opposed to the right.
Gifs are as follows:
ver. 0.09, ver. 0.09a, ver. 0.10 ver. 0.11, ver. 1.00
In the full versions, the nonspell seems to behave how it was in ver. 0.11.
