50 SQUATS 20 JUMPING JACKS 20 BACK LUNGES 20 Modified PUSH-UPs (on knees) 10 SQUARES (ea. LEG) 20 TRICEPS EXTENSIONS (ea. ARM) 20 BICEPS CURLS (ea. ARM) 20 BENT-OVER ROWS (ea. ARM) 20 Russian Twists: Rotational CORE strengthening (side-to-side = 1 rep.)
Additional exercises and CHANGE-Ups prevent training plateau. You will NOT see
