Yeah, she’s super lost.
It’s after much unnecessary wandering that the realization actually hits, and despite her best efforts at squinting at her phone map (and the actual subway board), Jayce definitely doesn’t know where she is. So maybe she should’ve made a bit more of a concrete plan than just going out and looking around, but, well, it’s a bit late for that, and as it happens now it’s getting kinda late, so she really should figure something out in terms of getting back ...
( Growl. )
... after, maybe, seeing if she can grab some food. There is a sign a little ways away with the word ‘cafe’ on it, and it doesn’t really look like a cafe at first glance, but she’s come this far—it can’t exactly hurt to check it out and hopefully grab something to abate her appetite.
There is a slight concern that the place isn’t open, though, since the lighting isn’t too bright and there doesn’t seem to be anyone here; rather than simply barge in, Jayce resigns herself to peeking her head through the door, rapping lightly on it with her knuckle for a quick knock, knock.
“Hello ... ?”
