What was the trifecta of reactions that Susan Forward states emotionally abused children often adopt when faced with a new challenge?

Perfectionism, Procrastination, and...

It's like we need that adrenaline surge when something is close to deadline, in order to get something done.

And because there's this deep weight in my chest that makes me want to put everything off for as long as possible (no thank you, it is not a condition where I'm really lazy - in fact, it's not laziness at all, though outsiders may prefer that label as it saves them the trouble of dealing with the complexities)... I currently don't want to do anything, because I'm afraid the production won't be the best that there ever was.

It will make sense to you if you're one of my kind.

So I'm off to do the next thing to keep boredom and budding anxiety at bay - online window-shopping, like I did last time - all the while singing along to Beauty and the Beast's main soundtrack.
