It's been awhile! haha I'm too careless to update my blog because of Firefall. Do you guys know that game? Graphics and opponents are sick! It's pretty much awkward how online games can wreck our favorite things to do. Even my blogger duties! But I think I'm good now, I have 2 drafts here already. So yeah! bumabawi haha

So I came up with simplicity but will still looked sensational and remarkable at the same time. What do you guys think of this look?

Fashioneur

Last Saturday, an intimate group of passionate young individuals gathered to the Status Office to discuss the possibility of launching their careers in fashion. My sister, Rosario, gave an impressive talk about the real industry- finding your path, mastering your craft, and of course- getting paid.

If you missed my live tweeting, here are the some snippets.

1. "I started Status to feature new people. The world is so big- I don't want to feature the same people. Let's mix it up!" -@RosarioHerrera

These are only a few excerpts from the talk. What I loved most about it (sister point of view now), was that as Ro walked down memory lane to when she first started styling, to opening her store, to her experiences as an editor, I found myself remembering each milestone.

I was there to witness it.

I saw how she took each step and made each transition. It wasn't easy all the time, but she always kept her vision in front of her. She never swayed her beliefs in order to be accepted. She never stopped herself if ever she didn't know something. She allowed her dreams to guide the way.

And hey, it's exciting knowing that one step builds onto the next one. I felt really happy to witness her first step into teaching and mentoring. :)
