With finals here and next week...there are a couple of things you can do to stay healthy. 1. Get Rest. No matter what, get some sleep. My cut off time is 10 pm. Period. 2. Try and exercise. Get 30 mins, take a 20 min walk. It will de-stress you and help reduce anxiety, while taking your mind off of things. Even a short workout will help, just sweat and move! #sweataday 3. Eat as healthy as you can. Stress, drives up cortisol which makes us want high-fat, high-sugar unhealthy food. Try and eat your fruit, vegetables, and clean proteins and fat. It's balance. Last night, I had Pad Thai, today I had lots of great vegetables. Your body and mind will thank you.
