That’s a great theory. It seems to me that the two names being batted around the most are it was either Alison, or it was Shana. Personally though, I think it could have been Melissa. I’m really starting to think that Melissa is the brains of the operation. She’s totally psychotic and would absolutely attack her sister, she had motive to kill Garrett, and she’s almost as brilliant as Spencer and Mona. And it seems like the writers are now kinda saying "don't assume anything"...ugh.
