Going on Twitter is always such a mistake. One of the first things I see is someone talking about people truthing Ranboo as nd and it’s genuinely so bad??? People are literally tweeting out shit like “he’s autistic coded” and I literally feel sick. It was bad enough with people trying to “prove” wilbur has did but apparently it just keeps on going -_-

Rough. I understand projection, fiction, and recognizing symptoms (like oh, I do that kinds of things), but they have to understand that it's not their job to be the personified voice of hypochondria. If any creator is some form of neurodivergent/has a mental illness/etc and is willing to share that with us, that's wonderful, but there's just no positive end result in that kind of truthing.

I don't know, there's a lot of layers to it that lead into the same old rants, but I wish that people would just leave ccs alone about certain things. Especially that kind of speculation; especially toward Ranboo who's still just a kid navigating his pretty newfound fame.

truthing is the act of trying to figure out content creator's sexualities.

for example, people who analyze every interaction between cc!dream and cc!george and decide cc!dream is secretly gay. or decide cc!ranboo is nonbinary. or decide cc!tommy is trans.

this usually translates into irl shipping, or declaring two streamers are secretely dating.

not only is it intrusive as hell, but it's also really toxic and makes most ccs incredibly uncomfortable.
