There's three different paths with this verse that are all sort of their own little verse.
One is where Isaac stayed with Sebastian and after everyone is up to date, I'll figure out what's going to happen to him after the events of City of Heavenly Fire.
Two is where Isaac went to Scott and they have Leo (who is Isaac and Sebastian's child) and it's a two year time jump.
Three is where Isaac went to the Praetor Lupus after Gray died...which...yeah...
