October 1st is a day not just celebrated by the residents of The Steppes, but by superhumans and humans alike all over the world. It marks the official end of the war between the two groups, an end to the violence against all parties, an end to the capture of and experimentation on superhumans. Perhaps not a complete end to the divide, but a step towards mending the gap between the species. So, of course, it's only right that we stand up and celebrate the day with our community and remind ourselves what we fought for: our family, our friends, and our neighbors.
The people of The Steppes have heeded that call and held a celebration every year for the last five years, each one bigger than the last. Food, beverages, and entertainment are funded by the generous Grimm siblings and just after the sunset, people from all walks of life gather around to watch the elaborate pyrotechnics show.
With each party becoming more grandiose as time goes by, residents are urged not to miss the festivities. I know I wouldn't. I mean, you should hear some of the things I've seen already...
(While this is by no means all you can write for the event, we thought it would be fun to offer some potential party happenings to get the ball rolling. To enter, send an ask to the main with both the primary spot you want for your muse as well as a secondary choice in case your first is already taken. We will update this page with the muses' names as they are sent in, but anyone taking part in a two person prompt will have to wait for both halves of the prompt to be filled before they'll know who their partner is. We wanted to add a little surprise to it!)

Uh oh, Mick's wallet has gone missing and the more they have to drink, the more boldly they've been questioning and accusing people. Don't tell them, but I'm pretty sure Mariposa swiped it. Too bad Mick had something in there they didn't want anyone else seeing.
Now, I'm not saying anything happened, but I saw Muse F (taken) and Muse G walk away from the crowd together and they came back later looking less than put together...What happens at the block party, stays at the block party, right?

Liya definitely hasn't been acting like themselves tonight. I tried to talk to them and they practically ran off on me. I wonder what they're trying to hide?
Looks like this bandit can't tell that Wednesday isn't interested in their attention, but Wes sure can and they're looking pretty heated. Oh well, guess it's not really a wastelander party unless a brawl breaks out!
