Isabel and Kyle decided to have a go at firewalking. I really thought this would be a challenge for them, much like the fire dance in The Sims 2: Bon Voyage. They both walked across the pit with no problems the first time they tried. They had such a nonchalant attitude about it that it was anti-climactic. It took each of them 4-6 tries to achieve total mastery of this hidden skill.
P.S. I just learned that the firewalk pit has different settings. I’m guessing mine was set on cool making this much less difficult to master. I will have to try the hotter settings if my sims visit the island again. I also wonder if mastering the skill on a cool setting means you will be able to cross it on scorch without issue. I think I have a research project to add to Kyle’s to do list!
