Jay headed over to the science facility to take a tour of the place his heir and daughter-in-law will be working. He was so impressed he bought the place! He renamed it Florent Center for Scientific Research. While he was off stretching his real estate mojo, William and Jasmine were building their skills for their new jobs. William decided to upgrade the memory on the food replicator, and Jasmine headed to the beach to do some fishing. She caught her first perfect tuna!

I need your BerrySims!!!!

With my recent download from the exchange only netting two of five sims needed, I’ve decided to open this up to the community. I need mates for three of my kids, including the heir. I need three female children, and I would like parents for them as well. The child’s genetics should come directly from their parents with no alterations to color or adjustments to facial features or body type. Hair style change is fine, but the color must match one of the parents. Other requirements:

1.  No CC. The only exception is Fawkes skin tones.

2. Base Game only. This is for a Lepacy and all I have installed atm is the base game. No store items--no EPs.

3. Genetics. I rolled to determine the career and color of each child. One should be red-violet and will become an astronaut. One should be yellow/gold and will be a scientist. One should be blue-violet and will be a criminal.

4. CAS or Born-in-Game--it doesn’t matter to me, as long as there is a set of parents and the child’s genetics are a result of those parents. This can be accomplished in CAS! It is also ok if these are sims from your gameplay. Townies with a child, your non-heir’s family, NPCs that you saved to your game and made into a family are all fine. Anything goes!!

5. Names--Up to you. My sim will be taking the last name of his spouse. It would be great if that last name were something that lends itself to a color theme, but isn’t necessary. If chosen as the heir, your sim will become a Florent.

6. Ages--Up to you for the parents, but their off-spring must be a child. 

7. Clothing--as long as the clothes come from the base game I don’t care what they are wearing. Patterns that incorporate the child’s genetic colors with the family colors (red & white/black) would be great, but again not necessary.

8. Download--I’m open. This is the first time I have done something like this so totally clueless here. 

9. Submission--Please send pictures of your sim and her family through submissions here on Tumblr. I would like at least one head and shoulders picture of the child and an image of the parents.

Owners of the chosen sims will be credited. I would be happy to notify you of major life events and send pics whenever possible. The one chosen as the heir will, of course, feature prominently in my Simblr.

Camellia is still trying to achieve the Guitar Star Skill Challenge. She actually crashed the Finkel’s party to play for this gathering of sims. Even after 9 years of playing this game I still learn something new every time I play. I decided to search Carl’s The Sims 3 Guide for information on this skill challenge. I have no idea how I didn’t know/remember this, but this challenge isn’t actually about performing, it’s about completing skill challenges. So...I guess I should start actually doing those. Wow. Just wow.
