Annoying character designs. The lining killed me(pen is terrible on this textured paper if anyone has suggestions please let me know)

Hey. Not dead. Just bad at posting and have been busy with school. Have four drawings from the past month or two. :).
I made a wattpad book and have drafted two different covers. I'm probably going with the obviously more detailed one, but the other one did have two little extra details I added for fun in the stars so I thought I'd share them both. It's probably still a temporary cover, but oh well.
The book is 'the starbound orphanage for lost souls' on wattpad. I have the same username on there as on here. Currently only has one chapter(possibly more depending on how long I take to finish this chapter I'm currently writing and when people see this). I don't know I'm bored
