i know it’s no longer summer, but i love this so much, and i haven’t posted up any of the commissions i’ve bought recently, so here are my cutiepies. 💖 (tsuuli loves cheesy dad puns, hence the shirt lol. lyrinde is just like, “i don’t know, i can’t read” but laughs at his jokes anyway and finds his dumb sense of humor charming)

haven’t actually posted any of my recent commissions here, but ruthie’s work is always gorgeous, and i love her style and how she draws my cutiepies! i’ve been putting commissions in imgur posts, mostly hidden and just with links on my trp3 profiles, tho the one for t&l is public. i’ll probably post that link on my tumblr page soon, but rn i gotta get ready for raid lol

i had the idea for this commission back in november last year, and just had to get it drawn, and it’s super cute! i imagine lyrinde was probably like, “that’s a dumb idea” at first when tsuuli suggested they go, and then just kinda went wild when they got there, and getting waaaay too competitive at the games. (spoiler alert, she’s baller at whack-a-gnoll, absolute shit at turtle ring toss. he’s amazing at tonks and the shooting game, but claims her using her wings on the cannon shot is totally cheating, lyrinde 😐) they both loved the roller coaster, and might’ve been told to leave the carousel after they stayed on it too long smooching lol

basically tsuuli’s picture is like, “i love you! i miss you!” and lyrinde’s is “omg my boyfriend is a dork but that’s what i love about him” and ruthie really nailed the cheesy smile i wanted tsuuli to have, there’s a reason he uses “the love fool” title, lol! lyrinde’s is a little more reserved, bc she’s still very “as a demon hunter emotions beyond vengeance are tough but i’m trying and i want to do better bc he deserves it”

it took me a while to find poses for tsuuli that showed a little more expression than your typical “i only feel battle rage or manpain, no inbetweens.” i still love him tho, and luckily, so does his lady up there, haha 😘

I commissioned this of my main, Lyrinde the demon hunter and her boyfriend, my Zandalari troll paladin, Tsuuli. It’s so gorgeous! Ruthie did an amazing job, and I’m hoping to commission more from her again as soon as I can. ♥

I’ve been writing stories about these two, how they met, etc., and it’s been a fun addition to the game for me, where I’d previously been focusing more on min/max-ing for mythic+ and raiding. Well I still do that stuff, but it’s nice to think about my toons’ backstories as well, lol.
