As silly as I think this is going to sound, I think James Works It Out scratches the itch that I have for Deep Freeze- that James can be shown to open up, respect, and befriend those that are different from him rather than the audience being told all of that (and to have it be a poignant thing for his character the whole time instead of it all casually happening in the latter half of the story).

’Hector the Horrid!’ is basically ‘Toad Stands By’ if Oliver took the Steven Universe approach to sorting S.C. Ruffey out.

Not that it’s a criticism, I am a Steven Universe fan, but it’s funny how these two trucks were handled with their methods of bullying being not too different.
