Media Committee in Tulkarem: West Bank
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Total closures imposed by the “israeli” occupation on Tulkarem as aggression enters its 138th consecutive day
The governorates of the West Bank are witnessing a total closure by the “israeli” occupation army, amid the ongoing large-scale assault on the city of Tulkarem and its refugee camp for the 138th consecutive day, and on Nour Shams camp for the 125th day. The attacks include continued demolition of homes and residential buildings, in addition to the burning of several structures.
The occupation army continues to bring in military reinforcements and heavy bulldozers through the “Nitzani Oz” checkpoint west of Tulkarem. “israeli” infantry units are deployed across the city’s main streets and neighborhoods, obstructing the movement of residents and sounding vehicle sirens in a provocative manner.
In recent hours, occupation forces set fire to warehouses and commercial shops belonging to the Fra’tawi family on Nablus Street near the Tulkarem camp. The flames spread to a home that had been turned into a military outpost in recent months.
The occupation has seized several residential buildings in Tulkarem, especially those facing the refugee camp, after forcibly evacuating their owners. It has also erected dirt barricades between the Tulkarem and Nour Shams camps, causing significant damage.
For about a week, occupation bulldozers have been demolishing dozens of residential buildings in central Tulkarem camp as part of a plan to demolish 106 structures in both Tulkarem and Nour Shams camps. This includes 58 buildings in Tulkarem camp alone, particularly in the neighborhoods of Al-Balawneh and Al-Ukasha and their surroundings, comprising over 250 housing units and dozens of commercial establishments.
The occupation forces have besieged Tulkarem and Nour Shams camps and their surroundings, deploying throughout alleyways, neighborhoods, and entrances. They are preventing residents from returning to their homes to check on them or retrieve their belongings, and are opening fire directly at them.
At the “Anab” military checkpoint east of Tulkarem, the occupation has intensified its military restrictions, blocking vehicles from exiting the city, stopping incoming vehicles, and inspecting the IDs of passengers. Arrest and raid campaigns continue, with the most recent involving the arrest of wounded resident Mohammad Jaber from Nour Shams camp.
Since the beginning of the ongoing assault on Tulkarem, 13 Palestinians have been martyred, including a child and two women, one of whom was in her eighth month of pregnancy. Dozens more have been injured or arrested, and widespread destruction has impacted infrastructure, homes, commercial stores, and vehicles.

Holy. The blood of our martyrs.
There is a genocide in West Bank too. When the leader of the Zionists, who is just a touch more right wing than Yair Lapid or 98% of the settlers, said he was aiming for complete victory in the months to come - he does mean the extermination of all Palestinians. Maybe the ten hundreds who survive if lucky will be enslaved.
Remember Nour Shams Refugee Camp, Tulkarem, West Bank. Remember the genocide has been going on since '48 and it is going on everywhere - and certainly remember there is no actual left in that regime where no one could even pass laws to halt IOF from shooting (Palestinians) at will.
We come from Allah and return to Him.
Glory to the martyrs.
For the first time in decades, Israel has struck at the occupied West Bank from fighter jets.

The ceasefire in Gaza was announced and the very next day the IOF started invading and attacking several places around the west bank without mercy.
Jenin has been sieged and bombed for the past 21 days, Tulkarem for the past 15 days and Tubas for the past 9 days, soldiers have been given orders to shoot on sight which only increased the death toll, thousands of families have been forcibly removed from their homes, many of them watched as their homes were bombed and demolished.
Airstrikes are more common than ever. One happened two blocks from my home, it was a busy area and a lot of people died while many were terribly injured, including children.
People are short on food, clothes, and shelter, especially in this freezing weather. Settlers have also been increasing their violent attacks, which made travelling between Palestinian cities and towns a nightmare.
This is just the tip of the iceberg.
Don't think that because there's a ceasefire in Gaza (something we have been hoping for the past two years and are beyond elated by), the suffering is over. Please open your eyes because it seems like the situation is only going to get worse.
An IDF D9 bulldozer destroyed monuments in Tulkarem which were dedicated to top terrorists.
