Can you imagine if people acted how endos do about DID with other disorders? If there were people who try to will having schizophrenia or anxiety. But those aren't desirable, theres no seemingly "fun" part of those. Yes, there are transID people but even endos have problems with them, so if we can accept that people trying to "transition" to having a disorder is bad, unless roleplaying sounds like fun.
