Oh my God, this is literally staygoldenrpg. Stay Golden is written in the sidebar, oh my God someone stole this rp. My opinion still stands when I say I don't really like gang rps, though, because it's hard to make those original. This is based off a novel, however, so I guess originality isn't what their going for. I promise I didn't mean that in a bitchy way, I'm just saying it's based off a novel, and that's cool, so you don't have to make it stand out from everything else because it's already, like, it's own thing. Nice theme and graphics though, it's all really cute. Tbh, I wouldn't join, but this looks really nice so I'm putting it in the rec.

ah, it’s always so refreshing to see an rp not set in the present. the basic concept itself isn’t one entirely unheard of— but not something you’d encounter regularly, which sets it apart from the cookie-cutter school roleplays you’ll see an abundance of in the tag. the plot as a whole leaves much to be toyed with; the sharp rivalry between both parties creates a great base for drama, making for exciting roleplaying. kudos for the amount of research you’ve collected pertaining to the social background of your select time period— it really helps in making it that much more realistic.

the graphics are extremely well-made, if not a tad too ornate for my tastes, and mesh well with your choice of theme. my one criticism would be the regularity of your pre-set faceclaims, and it would be delightful to see more information on each character than what currently stands, but aside from that, well done!

Ok, so starting from your URL and Icon, I’m going to assume Town roleplay. Plus I know Tulsa. Never been, but I know enough lol. So, I’m happy that much is obvious. 

Ok, moving on to your theme. I actually really like it. Your colors are really pretty and the graphics are very well done. I have to say this is probably one of the my favorite gradients I’ve seen on a main. I’m honestly insanely pleased with it. Congrats! I don’t usually love gradient themes. Oh your navi is so cute!!!!!!!!! I see this style navi all the time but the fact that it’s a hover navi and everything is really cute. Please Grease! You’re killing me here, Smalls!!! But I’ll get to the rest of your links in a bit. 

Your plot now. Let’s see. The plot is pretty good. I’m a huge fan of The Outsiders and I think you’ve got a good grasp of the era in your plot too. Time period RPs are few and far between it seems, so even though this is a bit of a town roleplay, the added dimensions really are great! 

I. Adore.Your. Character. Pages. Do you do your own theme work? Because I have honestly never found a theme was so seamlessly blended as yours is. It’s honestly amazing. Your labels and things are actually pretty well done, since they aren’t the typical things exactly. For example, most people would put Zayn as a Greaser. (sidenote still love your graphics so pretty omg). Your app is pretty simply and very easy to understand. Good job there as well. 

I like the extra links you’ve included: the more about the 60s and the more about the town. Both of those are insanely helpful in making a time period and a town roleplay would. One thing I would think of including (and I say this a lot) is an actual image and description of the locations in your town. For example, what kind of movies does the drive in show? Is there a movie night? Things like that. You’ve gone above and beyond in your information on the 60s. It’s clear how much work you’ve put into it and how passionate you are for it. I’m really very impressed. One thing I would consider is adding the tags as links, rather than simply a list. It’s something that a lot of players really appreciate. 

Honestly it’s hard to come up with things that need to be corrected. Whatever I say is really just pulling at straws. This is so well done and you’ve worked so hard! Oh! One thing. You know you don’t have to gradient your gifs. I think it’s a nice break up from color schemes to see full color gifs. But that’s about it.

Sure thing, babe! IS YOUR ICON THE OUTSIDERS. Wowoww. Please please please tell me this is gonna be an outsiders rp. That movie and book is my shit. I’ve seen the movies way too many times. It’s sort of unhealthy. The plot is definitely like The Outsiders. God dammit. I am so in love with this. Like, we need more roleplays like this and based in the past. The /60s page you have is also great since it gives people a feel about how to roleplay that time period.

Your graphic has Alex Turner in it… my bae. I’ll be seeing him in the pit in October. Not really, I will be in the pit at his show. But the graphic and theme overall is very nice. As well as the color scheme. I also like how the font isn’t too small to read! 

The faceclaims you’ve chosen are awesome. Character pages, I will say this a million times, in almost all of my opinions, I don’t give a shit. I LOVE CHARACTER PAGES LIKE THIS. They’re so cute. Also the little pictures you have on the character page, like the socials and greasers. Total heart eyes emoji.

I really do not have any complaints about this roleplay and it’s practically perfect. This is definitely going into my rec tag. Don’t you dare let this die. I beg of you.

tulsarpg omfg

The ‘omfg’ scared me at first, but as soon as I saw the page, my reaction was ‘omfg’ too okay. It’s accurate. I have no idea what is happening, but everything I see is beautiful. Can we just take a second to talk about that character page though? The plot made me scream really loud, like I don’t even know what to say. I’ll be honest though, at first I was a little bit disappointed but as I kept reading it got more and more interesting and now I’m obsessed with the rp, plea. I thought it was going to be appless but it’s not and that just make the whole thing a thousand times better tbh. There’s absolutely nothing I dislike about this rp, I just hope the admin stays dedicated to it and I get to see this perf rp in the tags for many, many months bc that’s what the rp community needs rn. Likes tag for sure.

I'm not sure if Ben or TJ planned on replying to this... but it's been in here for a while so I will. Okay. The Outsiders is one of my favorite books. Like, of all time. So, I think I'm going to like this RP quite a bit. Alex Turner is in the sidebar graphic and that's all I have to say about that. It's a great graphic and the theme overall is pretty stellar. The navigation page has pictures from Grease, one of my favorite musicals. This just keeps getting better. The plot is great, and I'm really loving it! The only problem with having an RP set in the past is that some roleplayers tend to forget about and start talking about... One Direction or Obama? So be sure to make that clear! The socials and the greasers pages are awesome. It's cool how you have a "about the 60s page." Those are helpful. I really don't have very many complaints about this RP and it's landing itself in my rec tag.
