The saddening view of the Tumalog Falls as its meager water drops to its natural pools. Tumalog was once a very mystifying natural occurrence with its majestic waters flowing in bulk. Now the falls depends on the incoming rain to replenish its waters. Overconsumption of ground water has caused many natural rivers, lakes, springs, and falls in Cebu to dry out sooner than expected.
