Decided to make ANOTHER fan!Stand because I’m JJBA trash and everything is a [ S U T A N D O ]. Kind of a perpetualized Work In Progress but also “Done”.
Stand Name; “Heavy Clouds” or just known as H.C
Namesake; Tunga Moln, a Swedish heavy metal band.
Appearance;
Tall physique with bulky forearms which has braided tubes connecting to the back, the hands has ‘stigmata’ exhaust ports where white vapour slowly exudes from.
On its chest metal pipes lay across like an exterior ribcage, the legs are covered in weaved wires and the feet are bare but the sole of them has small round indent.
The head is welded with a crown made of haphazardly bent pipes which also exude this white vapour but it come up and forms a halo, the eyes and mouth are covered with white plates folding around the head, and the overall humanoid form has a metallic/black-white colorscheme.
Abilities and powers; ‘Heavy Clouds’ Generation & Manipulation, H.C can create and manipulate the vapours it exudes which are strong and tough as steel but are light as air. This allows the user through their Stand to act foremost as a defense but ‘Heavy Clouds’ can be applied to function as an offensive weapon aswell. By manipulating the shape of the vapour, H.C can create various weapons such as blades, bludgeons and spears which can be held or thrown. Another offensive ability of H.C are the ‘Lead Rain’ which is a wide area of effect that attacks indiscriminately by simply generating massive amount of vapours and mixing it with already existing clouds and thus an alchemical reaction cause the ‘Lead Rain’ clouds to rain literal bullets at high speed. “Heavy Clouds” can also in acts of desperation and great peril to itself (and user), create lightning storms by swirling one part ‘heavy clouds’ clockwise and another part counter-clockwise at increasing speeds until unleashing devastating powers. Causing electricity to build up but it has to use itself as a catalyst and medium which will cause severe damage that translate to certain death for its user. ((Although the lightning storm will kill the Stand and user, in theory the energy output could cause a chronoplasiac distortion that would astrally send the psyche of the user (and Stand) to an earlier point in past-time in the user’s timeline which would give the past-user incredible knowledge and experiences of the future to come. Another theory is that by creating this lightning storm “Heavy Clouds” can finally merge with its user to evolve into a pure energy hybrid form of Stand/User, thus achieve essentially immortality.))
